How to sign up?

However, without photo, your profile won’t be visible on the site, but you can still browse and search for other profiles).
How to set a profile?
For setting up your profile, click on My profile at the right-hand corner of your screen and select edit. Since you have already entered name, age and location earlier, it will already be displayed. You can now customize by filling additional details like height and even add up to 30 pictures either from computer or mobile device or Facebook.
You will now have to answer a few basic questions in About section like what you’re looking for, your education, basic stats like body type and hair color, religion, number of children you have and if you have even been divorced.
There is a section called “In a Nutshell” in your profile, where you can introduce yourself. In “The One I am Looking for,” you can describe what kind of person you would like to meet. In “I’d Just Like to Add,” you can add other details that you think a potential match should know about you.
You will also answer questions about your personality, traits, interests, hobbies like your patience level, romantic nature, cooking preferences and more. You can choose up to three top interests and select your preferred icebreakers to start conversations with your matches.
Finding a match is super simple
After your profile picture is approved, your profile will be visible to other members and you can begin matching. Eah day, you will receive 30 potential matches to review and if you like any, you can select “I’m interested.”
You can also sort matches by filtering distance, activity, new members, members online and other categories like height, age, status and more. You will also get to know who has viewed your profile and vice versa under “Search” section. Access to inbox and certain features will only be visible if you have paid subscription.

Payment mode
Credit cards: Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express are accepted and PayPal may be allowed for mailed payments (not available on all sites). Subscriptions will be renewed automatically, if not canceled.
How to cancel the subscription?
To cancel your membership, go to Settings –> My Account –> Account Status –> View Account Status –> More Account Status Changes –> choose the link for Remove Automatic Renewal.
Monthly fee can’t be paused but you can hide your profile through the Account Status Changes menu. While paid members will be charged each month, free members can restart their search by removing Hide My Profile option.
Customer service
If you need any assistance, you can go to the website and select Contact Customer Care or even “Submit question,” if you have any, but the length of the question must not be more than 3,500 characters. You can also contact them over the phone on 866-727-8920, from Monday-Friday, 7 am-7 pm CT. Any changes in your profile will be done within 24-48 hours. However, it has to be noted that the purchases on this site is non-refundable and there is no chat option for Customer Care.
