Two Female Students From Parkview High School Reported Missing Since May

Georgia’s GWINNETT County -The Gwinnett Police Department is requesting the public’s assistance in finding a 15-year-old girl who has been missing from Lilburn since May 16 to locate the young woman.

Leila Novljackovic, as per the police, was last seen departing her residence on Ridgewood Drive to go to school around 6 a.m. on May 16. Novljackovic is a student at Parkview High School.

“Her mother reported she had left the house at around 6 o’clock in the morning to what she thought was to get on the school bus it’s unclear if she got on the school bus or if she even attended school that day,” stated Gwinnett County Police Department Sgt. Michele Pihera.

“As of Monday her phone was still on and we found that she has been active on her social media accounts as recent as Monday.”

On June 5 in Atlanta, her cellphone’s last known location was recorded.

“With Leila though we didn’t give those specific word endangered missing we do see she’s still being active on her social media accounts, but we will investigate them both exactly the same they are just as important as one another,” Sgt. Pihera stated.

Novljackovic is 200 pounds and stands roughly 5 feet 9 inches tall. She was last seen wearing a pink backpack, black flip-flops with white writing, a maroon top, and gray trousers.

She has scarring on her left forearm, a tattoo of a heart with a circle on her left wrist, and a piercing in her left nostril.

“Make sure that they’re not being influenced and manipulated by complete strangers because these are young girls, and they’re impressionable, and we just don’t want them to fall into the wrong hands,” gt. Pihera also stated.

Nevaeh “Ashley Bell,” 14 Years Old, Is Still Being Sought After

Nevaeh “Ashley” Bell, 14, was last seen on May 24 in the Parkview High School parking lot. Police are also hunting for her. Since then, she has not been seen. Her family speculates that she might have been seduced by a stranger she met online.

“For our case I think it took them a long time to switch it over to Gwinnett County,” said Remon Bell, the father.

The reason the police believe Novljackovic is missing is unknown. Furthermore, there is no evidence linking these incidents other than that both females attend Parkview High School. Police regard her as a missing youngster at risk.

“I really think it was good for them to say that because now when people see the broadcast or whatever they’ll be serious about this because this is a serious matter. It’s been a serious matter from the beginning,” Bell said.
