Tim Shelton Obituary

Tim Shelton Obituary

Bellevue Baptist Church and the whole Memphis community are feeling very sad. Their leader, Reverend Tim Shelton, passed away on October 5, 2023, at the age of 68.

Tim’s Shelton Early Life

Tim was born in Memphis in 1955. Since he was a kid, he felt like God wanted him to help others and spread love.

He went to a special school called Memphis Theological Seminary to learn about religion. This helped him become a pastor. In 1981, he became the pastor of Bellevue Baptist Church and stayed there for a long time. People loved his talks.

Tim was a very nice person. He didn’t just talk about helping others, he actually did it. He started many programs to help people who were suffering, both in his local community and in other parts of the world. He also made sure that everyone felt welcome in his church.

Remembering Tim’s Good Deeds

Even though we’re sad that Tim is gone, we should also celebrate the good things he did for our community. We should remember him by being kind, loving, and bringing people together. Tim’s life showed us the power of faith and how important it is to live a good life.
