Donna L. Conklin died at the Westchester Medical Center in Valhalla, NY, on February 8, 2023. Her husband of 49 years, Richard, and two sons, Christopher and Ryan, died before her.
She is remembered by her sons Derek and Sean. Her daughters-in-law Stephanie and Biljana, her grandchildren Jocelyn, Paige, Greyson, and Mila, and her brother-in-law Ed.
Her sister-in-law Caryl and their children James, Caitlyn, and Justin, her sister Kathleen, her husband Bruce, Jacqueline, Danielle, and Chelsea.

She was born on July 9, 1954, in Spring Valley, New York. She graduated from Nanuet High School, and on March 25, 1973, she married the love of her life, Rich. After staying home to raise her four sons, she worked as a TA at Nanuet Middle School for 25 years.
There, she fell in love with teaching and helping students with special needs. She was a kind, loving, generous wife, mother, and grandmother. She loved everyone and everything without conditions, and her unique sense of humor kept us on our toes.
She loved animals very much, and they were always essential to her family. Donna loved going to the beach, gardening, and spending as much time outside as possible. Many people will miss her very much because she left a lasting impression on everyone she met.
On Sunday, February 12, 2023, from noon to 3 p.m., people can stop by the Joseph W. Sorce Funeral Home in West Nyack, New York. Instead of flowers, donations to St. Jude’s in the name of Donna Conklin would be very welcome.
